However, if due to unforeseen circumstances you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. If an item you ordered from thedesigncart.com does not meet your expectations, please do write to us and we would be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through an Email/WhatsApp within 24 hours from placing an order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the original mode of payment and in case of cash of delivery no amount is to be refunded.You can also cancel the order until it has not been shipped out of our warehouse through Chat BOT assistance available on the website.You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number +918383016277.If you had selected Cash on Delivery at the time of placing order, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

Return/Exchange Policy

We, at Siyani clothing india are dedicated to offering you the best quality products. However, there is a remote possibility that while processing orders, minor errors might occur. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in good condition. Please note that returns / exchanges are not available in cases of fabrics measuring 2 metres and less than 2 metres, individual product value of Rs 300 and less than Rs 300 & on any products bought on sale. However, there is a remote possibility that:

- The item may be damaged during transit.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- An incorrect item was shipped to you.

The following policy terms will apply in each of the above cases:

In case you receive a damaged item or if you received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered) or if a product is misrepresented on our website, please contact us by email or chat or phone or you can register the complaint through Chat BOT assistance available on the website within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself.   

- We will ship a replacement product to you at the earliest possible time with no extra shipping cost to you.

- If there is a return pick up for the damaged/incorrect product, please handover with proper packaging at the time of return pick up (if arranged). Replacement product will be delivered once returned product is picked (if arranged).

- If the originally ordered item is no longer in stock then we will request you to choose an alternate item and ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.

Important & Helpful Guidelines on Returns:

* Please report your problem along with product images and description within 48 hours of receiving the product in question. In case of wrong size / less metres of fabric, scale measurement images or video are required and mandatory to share to get the product details checked.

* Please share the correct images of the product received while registering the complaint. Our team does a quality check when returned product is received, if the image given while registering the complaint and the actual return product received by us does not match, request for credit or replacement or refund shall not be entertained under such circumstances.

* Please do not courier back an item to us without prior consultation with our customer relations team. It is critical that we verify the legitimacy of the claim. Requests for credit or replacement or refund shall not be entertained under such circumstances.

* Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.

* Please return your items using registered post/courier as advised in our return authorization mail. The shipping costs of sending the products back are to be borne by the customer unless an exception to this is agreed upon.

* The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.

Items not Covered Under the Standard Return Policy:

* Fabrics measuring 2 metres and under 2 metres.

* Any product with a value of Rs 300 and less than Rs. 300.

* Precut / heavily discounted fabrics.

* Please note that no custom orders will be replaced, refunded or taken back. 

* Sequins once cut as per designs are not covered under the standard return / cancellation policy.

* Certain threads and wires are not covered under standard returns policy.

* Handwork / Embroidered products are not covered under standard returns policy.

* Custom Dyed products are not covered under standard returns policy.

* Certain fabrics once cut from bundles are not covered under standard returns policy.

* Certain branded products such as Swarovski & Presocia are not covered under the return policy.

* Products sold under Daily Deal Drops are not covered under the return policy.

Reverse Pick Up Policy

Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned.Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 3-4 business days from the date of request.After the receipt of item(s), your request for credit code/returns/exchanges would be processed.In the case of refunds, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end. Customer's corresponding banks may take 2-3 business days to post these to the customer's accounts. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement / bank statement.Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of the company.In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

Please Note: -

- Reverse Pickup is not available for cases where the return is being made on due to choice. In such cases, shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.

- Some of the pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to send it back to us.

- We do not offer reverse pick facility outside India.

In case a Customer does not like the product:

In all such instances when a customer changed their mind, or the products /  fabrics didn’t meet their set expectations, and wish to return part or whole of the order, please get in touch with our customer care through email info@siyaniclothingindia.com or WhatsApp or Call at +917011157623, or register complaint through Website Chat BOT assistance within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please report with product images and detailed description of the query or problem. Once complaint is registered, our team will check the details of the complaint and approve the return of the product.

Once return approved, please send the product back to us on the address shared by our team. Return pick up service is not available in this case and the return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

In case you request us to arrange a return pick, Rs 100 will be charged for the return pick up service and is non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will go ahead and issue store credits/ refund / exchange the products.

* Please return your items using registered post/courier. The shipping costs of sending the products back are to be borne by the customer.

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Paypal Transactions:

As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

Refunds can only happen via E-Voucher/Credit coupon. Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot get deliver cash through couriers.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.Incorrect or outdated delivery address.Products returned in a used or damaged condition or wrong products sent back.Fabrics measuring less than 2 metres.Individual Products with value less than Rs. 300.Precut / heavily discounted fabrics.Shipping Charge and reverse pick up arranged

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment.

Product Availability

In case certain products are reported out of stock after an order has been placed, customers will be requested to select alternate or similar items. If none of the alternate options are accepted by a customer, the company shall promptly issue a refund against the non-deliverable products.

Color & Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, quantity, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values. These are non-standardized products and hence a slight variation can be expected in the actual product.

While every effort has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in the colour of the actual product because of the nature of the product. Most of the products listed on the website are manufactured in different lots/batches and a slight variation in shape, colour size is characteristic of these products. The image shown on our website may differ from actual product due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors.

Customers must place their order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the physical product.

Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, the company is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. The company has the sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns/ process refunds or not depending on the merit of the case.

Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (in India)

Our courier partners can deliver orders to 16000+ pin codes in India. All Prepaid Orders above Rs. 799 are eligible for Free Shipping and Prepaid Orders below Rs. 799 are charged a flat fee of Rs. 75. All Cash on Delivery orders are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99. Cash on delivery is subject to serviceability from our courier partners. 

Estimated Delivery Time

It takes us approx. 3 - 7 working days to deliver your order to your doorstep. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Flight delays, Political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We have multiple pickup points across India and hence your orders may be delivered to you in multiple parcels. In case you have placed a Cash on Delivery order, your total amount gets automatically sub-divided on a pro-rata basis.In such cases, our customer support proactively will be in touch with you to inform you of any upcoming delays.  Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to the delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded the amount as soon as the order is successfully canceled.

Shipping Internationally

We ship across the globe with DHL (5 to 7 business days) and ARAMAX ( 10 to 14 business days). Real-time shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the total weight of the parcel. All local taxes and custom duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier based on your respective country. These custom duties and local taxes are to be borne exclusively by the buyer. Siyani clothing india, will not be responsible for any clearance of parcels stuck due to local taxes and import customs duties. We will however faciliate the conversation with the courier partner for early clearance of parcels. Most countries allow import up to a certain amount without any duty.
